PLOT

Max (Bateman) and Annie (Rachel McAdams) are a married couple and live their lives like a normal  people of America somewhat non-luxurious but simply survivable... They’ve settled into the kind of comfortable life that usually makes others to laugh when they are with them as a guest(here in this case we audience are the guest and we will defiently laugh at their wacky and hillarious comedies)... Their life consists of random conversations about whether or not to have kids, and their weekly game night with their other couple friends (Lamorne Morris, Kylie Bunbury, Billy Magnussen and Sharon Horgan)... This settled peace way of life led by Mr & Mrs. Max is catastrophically interrupted by the arrival of Max’s older brother Brooks (Kyle Chandler) who comes to town on for business purpose (still dont know wheter he really came for business purpose or his only purpose is to make his brother family suffer due to his activity) and makes Max and Annie’s game night a real time nightmare by inviting their friends over to his rental house for an extraordinary as well as the most memorable (they wont forget it even after their death) Mystery Night game... 



Its supposed to be a live action roleplaying game where Brooks should've been kidnapped by a gang of thugs but unfortunately real gang of criminals come and kidnap brooks before everyone in that house who thinks that it's just a game and tasting their individual slice of pizzas.By the time they realize that it's not game and Brooks is in real danger they were half way to their death... so no walking out of this terrifing game is possible now... So they have only two ways, one is to find Brooks and save him as well as their life or to die in this real GAME NIGHT...

REVIEW

Game night as we know from the plot is thriller mystery as well as comedy movie... Random things happening bettween bateman and rachel will definetly gives giggles to viewers... Audience can definetly enjoy the humerour wacky comedies of the full cast without any doubt.... Both Daley and Goldenstein have tried to combine the blood freezing thriller and long breathe taking comedy into a movie and somehow succeded in it... thriller movies generally have more or less blood shot scenes , vulgar language, soft or sometime heavily censored hardcore sex or nude scenes... But as this is a combo of both comedy and thriller it has only presence of some blood shot scenes which doesnt affect audience greatly ... Suspense in movie is equally great compared to its comedic counterpart as well as driven many people to seat edge with their toe nails in mouth... Good actors, great screenplay, suspense till the end ,exagurated comedy related with normal married couples, and much more points remains great reason for watching Game Night...

"GAME NIGHT IS NOT A SILLY MOVIE , BUT SILLY THINGS HAPPEN IN THIS MOVIE"

Coming to negatives, First of all , Game night more over follows the theme co incidence at wrong time leading to tragedic events like shown in hangover... While watching the movie many people also thought the same like us that most of its mid thirlling scenes made them to remember hangover movie series... As the story goes on audience may have mind of making fun with their movie partners saying "How can they think it's a game when someone is bet red and blue by some black hooded guys without even giving a chance for that person to speak?... it's impossible"... yes, to be frank Game night lacked the realness and made the audience to think that it's not real and it's just a movie... and otherthan bateman and rachael none of the casting have scope of acting in the movie eventough they act well... this is mainly due to the long list of cast in the movie so the distribution of importance to each and every character is not well given in screenplay as well not recieved by audience...



But on the whole if u r great slapstick comedy lover and want to have a good time in theatre then u can definetly watch Game Night... Not only them even all genere fans can watch Game night atleast one time for the screenplay of supense mixed comedy...

MY EXPERIENCE

This time i watched movie not in theatre but with an paid movie app... because here in Chennai only 5 theatres are available for this movie ... moreover ticket rates are high as summit of a peak... Good movies comes only once in a blue moon but limited release is only available... even if it theatres are available the ticket price lead us to drive out of theatres to some pirate bay to download the new movies ... if this situation goes like this within 10 years piracy will be at its peak.. and all theatres will shut down...  proper actions must be taken by government to reduce tax on tickets as well as eradicating piracy websites...
